PropertyPooch Unleashed in Florida

Key Largo, Florida, June 24, 2002 - Advanced Web Applications, Inc. announced today the official launch of their latest Web project - PropertyPooch.com. This Web site allows the licensed real estate practitioner, builder/developer, and proud homeowner, across the nation, to post an unlimited number of properties to the Internet for free.
Posted properties are searchable by the consumer in a variety of formats including by state, ZIP and area codes, county, and city. "We'll be implementing the final two searches this week," said Advanced Web CEO Michael Braun. "We'll have state image maps as well as what we've proven to be the most useful property search on the Internet for the consumer - the mortgage payment search." Consumers will be able to enter their current monthly payment amount and PropertyPooch.com will return properties that they know they can afford.
"The response has been tremendous from the real estate community," Braun said. "On Saturday morning REALTORS were joining the Pooch at the rate of one per minute." One E-Mail received on Sunday morning from a REALTOR seems to summarize the response and reads, "if its free its for me!".
"This is just one more way for the real estate professional to market their properties." said Gary Prutow, Advanced Web's Marketing VP. "The industry is becoming more savvy with regard to technology. They're looking for the least complicated, most user friendly solution."
PropertyPooch.com was launched in Florida this week with plans to add an additional state every other day.
